Tsargrad is a conservative, monarchist network of companies in Russia, most notably owning a television channel which promotes these views, which are unusual in the modern day. Tsargrad has its own fanbase, which built promotional artwork for Tsargrad.

Tsargrad was a project planned as a protectorate of Greece, which would be positioned in Thrace to block Turkish access from Europe. The project fell apart due to an administration conflict in Greece. Many were in support of the idea, nonetheless.

Tsargrad on rplace.tk existed as a protectorate of Russia when it was completely independent as its own group. For a while, it was the largest work of art on the website, visible to anyone visiting the website at first glance. The sole person left over from the original group is planning a revival for the idea, which will be established and complete once Canvas 1 expands.
