The timescale zekiahepic and BlobKat use when telling players how long the game will be down for right before taking the server down for some bullshit reason. The server never ends up being down for a few seconds, and it can range from being for a few minutes, to days... There is really no telling!

If zekiahepic caused the downtime, you can expect an apology, and perhaps even reduced cool down and legitimate updates to be made after the downtime. If the person who announced it was BlobKat, then often nobody knows, not even zekiahepic, what is going on.
