Octothorpe (Pronounced /ɑːktoʊθɔːɹp/) (Also known as TapCat) is a member of the rplace.tk Discord. They are the leader of the true-neutral defense-oriented faction The Sharpers.

They've created many small art pieces that people really want to destroy.
