PXLS made a return in June of 2023 to draw a huge transgender flag in the middle of the canvas using 8 bots (breaking the [[only rule]] of the website). The admins set up 2 buffers in order to fight the flag, and actively encouraged everyone to draw on the huge area the flag took up. The flag was taken over by a Balkan area, [[Russia]], [[United Kingdom]], [[Iran]], and many miscellaneous, small drawings.

PXLS is the largest competitor to rplace.tk. In an attempt to crush the community, the PXLS administration made numerous attempts to ruin rplace.tk for its playerbase, notably by capturing over half of Canvas 1 and nearly conquering Canvas 2. PXLS's presence on r/place was halted by a more ambitious competitor, canvaswars.xyz, and mostly chased out of the website by Paint et al.

PXLS made a return in June of 2023 to draw a huge transgender flag in the middle of the canvas using 8 bots (breaking the only rule of the website). The admins set up 2 buffers in order to fight the flag, and actively encouraged everyone to draw on the huge area the flag took up. The flag was taken over by a Balkan area, Russia, United Kingdom, Iran, and many miscellaneous, small drawings.

don't create useless pages

The conflict between the staff of rplace, and those of pxls started when Mikarific, a head admin of PXLS came onto the rplace discord, on 08/04/2022 10:00, merely three days after the site was started, immediately antagonising BlobKat and zekiahepic for absolutely no reason.

Mikarific on the rplace discord in the general channel, saying "y'all couldn't even get a domain that isn't free 💀"
The first message mikarific sent on the rplace.tk discord after joinining

This behavior would continue over time, with mikarific constantly, 24/7 being one of the most annoying fuckers on the planet and comparing their site which had existed for years to rplace.tk, which had only just started.

Mikarific on the rplace discord, saying "the server implementation is 🤌"
Mikarific gloating about the superior server software implementation of PXLS compared to rplace. Which would later prove ironic after BlobKat exposed multiple security vulnerabilities in their website

In an ironic twist of events, on the 21st of April, BlobKat and zekiahepic decided to advertise PXLS on the live chat of rplace. The intention was to let so many Turks onto the PXLS site, that they would grief the canvas with flags.

BlobKat showing a screen shot of the rplace livechat with an ad for pxls.space, containing a Turkish message. Mika replies "Maybe try being good at web development next time"
BlobKat showing mikarific the PXLS advertisement for rplace, with mikarific continuing to troll. Not knowing the true implications of this "promotion"
